We asked for some ostions and a aguachile didn't bring us lemons with the chile water, we had to ask for toast or something to eat because it didn't bring us cookies, nor toast and the truth the waitress every one that approached us to ask if we were okay put a face of discomfort that could be appreciated 2 blocks.. I work in the restaurant area also and I know what the customer service is.. I understand that sometimes one gets angry when it's full
A unique and definitely authentic experience. The place is large and had a band playing that included a tuba. The service was friendly, but the bartenders did not speak very good English and I do not speak very good Spanish. The garlic fish was generously portioned, well seasoned, and very tasty. The chicken fajitas were solid. Plenty of chicken and they provided numerous homemade tortillas at no charge. The tortillas were light and delicious. Both plates came with buttered rice, a small vegetable salad, and refried beans. The peel and eat shrimp came in a very large portion over a bed of cucumbers. Food was quality. A few negatives. The music was a little too loud, it is a bit pricey, and there was a lot of broken glass in the parking lot. Don’t use the pay on the app feature as the waitress did not think I paid the tab and came outside after us, which was interesting due to the language barrier. She was polite, appreciative, and apologetic when she realized I paid through the app. I would go back. I have never been to a place quite like it in Arizona.
