Lix Uptown Ice Cream - Phoenix

I heard lactose free ice cream as I waited in line, I thought this was not going to be great. This Sweet Creamy delight absolutely crushed it. The LuLu Lemon is my favorite ice cream with bits of cookie and lemon dessert. The Dank and Minty was pretty good as well. Maybe a little rich for my taste. The dude at the counter was very helpful and gave a quick run down of each. The owner even checked in with us. $6 for a scoop, $8 for two and $10 for a pint. I grabbed a pint of lemon and do not regret it. It is soook creamy that it just sits on your tongue and gives you a smile while you drive away. The location for a non local seemed strange and almost hidden But don't let that stop you. Best Ice Cream I've had in a while.

Awesome ice cream shop, cool ambiance, friendly staff and lots of unique flavors. You can get vanilla and chocolate anywhere but where else can you get biscotti or peanut butter and jelly ice cream? Don’t miss out on experiencing this hidden gem first hand.
