Meh....The hotel rooms need an overall upgrade. Dated decor, furniture, and carpeting. Kitchenette paltry. Between the original room we were in and the new upgraded room/view , collectively the rooms ' carpeting was visibly worn fraying around the edges, visible red stains on carpet, couch cushions stained up, throw pillows fraying/opening, room phone not working, baby toilets, tub/shower area had signs of mildew, paint stains on tub, rust under shower hand rail, black dust/ dirt in corners of baseboards/floor, food left in fridge from previous guest, one of the tvs wasn 't working appropriately, cabinet door under kitchen sink askew/disrepair, two small waste baskets in the entire room. I 've stayed in other Embassy Suites properties across the country. They were beautifully maintained in comparison. The manager did arrange for the room change with upgrade and extra Hilton points, but the next room was almost the same as the one we had aesthetically, with it 's own set of problems. I felt like I should 've brought Lysol disinfectant spray and wipes and kept shoes on. Covid along with other airborne diseases are still prevalent. You would think cleanliness would be leveled up to meet and/or exceed expectations.

This is a great place. Honestly, I am so happy that I booked this place. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. The carpet was not worn.Things that could have been better.1) towels should be monitored for retirement2) tub was not draining as quick as anticipated3) service at the restaurant the first day was great even though it was busy with happy hour people. I ordered my dinner and the waitress was kind. The next day half the people were there, not really busy and I waited 30 minutes before leaving with no attention. It's pretty sad. I really knocked off a start because of this. She made eye contact and serviced others. I just headed to Walmart to purchase the rest of my week's dinner.All in all, the bed and pillows are comfortable. View is nice. Amenities are present and appreciated. I'm happy that I've booked the place for 3 weeks. I'll update if anything changes.Safety: More safe than in the city

A last minute reservation turned out to be the best registration we ever did .. we didn’t expect much .. and then was the morning .. great view awesome pool REEEEAAAALLLY good breakfast .. for that price .. it was a steal! .. we couldn’t believe how good it was until we extended for another night .. and it was even better than we initially thought .. the staff were all great .. not just the super heroes up front .. all of them were super great .. had the chance to golf for the first time ever .. they actually helped us ease into it with all the support we needed .. the gym is super clean no bad odors .. the pool was surprisingly very clean .. usually those two amenities at a low budget hotels are not that welcoming .. not this one they were cleaner than 5 stars hotels .. free destination chargers at the back .. ample parking .. close to couple strip malls .. this place is perfect for business and pleasure

Beautiful location, suite with mountain view over golf course. Great variety and wonderful service during complimentary breakfast buffet. Terrific staycation option.

Excellent staff.. Great service..I just became a a rewards member and would recommend it to everyone ! It’s rare to find a dog friendly hotel with such great service and even harder to find good staff.. This hotel has it all!
