Einstein Bros. Bagels - Phoenix

Stopped in for lunch and we both had a breakfast bagel sandwich. Both were prepared quickly and tasted great. I also had the banana strawberry smoothie which was also very good. Service was friendly and quick.

I frequently order Brunch Boxes for my clients and employees as it gives a great variety of options in the brunch box including breakfast sandwich, bagels, muffins and cheesy hashbrowns! I also order the 10 person coffee carafe. Yesterday I went to pick up my order which is always ready on time and I forgot to add the coffee- the staff was so nice and helpful and quickly filled it for me. They also gave it to me for free since I had already paid online. I highly recommend these brunch boxes for groups as everyone loves the variety and the food is always fresh and hot- crowd pleaser for sure! Thank you to the team at this location!

They're a little inconsistent when it comes to getting items with no cheese. Constantly have to check before I leave. However the staff are always extremely nice and the food is delicious.

My parents have lived in this neighborhood for a while, so I’ve seen this Einstein‘s for over 15 to 20 years. I’m very disappointed on how much it has gone downhill.Food tastes good just like any other Einstein’s. But some thing in their work process is backing up the line so much with incredible weights even at 10:40 in the morning. The employees seem stressed out. I had ordered an everything bagel and a medium roast coffee online, both of which are staples of any bagel shop particularly Einstein‘s, but they were out of both which seems ridiculous to me.I think they desperately need either more employees or a better system in managing their day-to-day operationsVegetarian options: You can get pretty much anything here vegetarian.

Service is always friendly and fast. I love how they make my Nova Lox open face for me.
