Dunkin' - Phoenix

There's a little screen inside above the drive thru window that let's the employees know where they rank against the other local dunks in speed, accuracy, etc. there's only like 50+ stores, and this one is consistently ranked somewhere in the 40s. I like to ask them where they're ranked and congratulate them on their placement, even if it's horrible, very entertaining, no idea why. 7 10

Not clean yet not dirty. Food taste is good but served a little hard to eat.

Fast, clean and very welcoming. Black tea is delicious just so ya know.

Only 2 people working. Took over 20 minutes to get food that was probably frozen and heated. Girl had attitude. How about stop doing the dishes and heat up the food.

They ran out of a bunch of items. They also push out the drive-thru quicker than the counter.
