I was in town for work, I was supposed to stay for 6 nights here and I checked out after two nights. The lobby and restaurant are nice. Everything after that is a disaster, the pool was dirty and loud music being played until 3:00 in the morning. People smoking outside my door. On top of that my AC never got below 76, my shower was still wet from the last guest who showered in there and had not been cleaned, zero water pressure and the shower head was rusted, fridge did not work, and other guest had to switch rooms for cockroaches, on top of all of that both elevators consistently did not work. Do not stay here this place does not hold the standard of a Double Tree unless they have lowered their standards and I missed something.

How often are you treating for bedbugs? Don't stay here.

Rooms and hotel need updated. Only 2 of the 5 elevators were working.

Good place for a work event other than the very slow wifi connections.

Very convenient location by the airport. Shuttles run 24-7 every half hour for pickup and drop off at the airport. The restaurant/ bar was okay. The catered food for the event here was very good. My room was a bit dated. Particularly, some of the furniture and the bed seemed a bit overused. Friendly staff!
