Craft Juice - Phoenix

I was looking forward to having a fruit smoothie. And I walked in at 3:01, and the girl said that they were closed, not good customer service.

My first time here and was disappointed. I went to get a juice for my kid and surprisingly no kid size. Anyways they had a small size which was fine. We were the only ones in there so it wasn't busy but then too the person behind the counter did not even greet. Not even my 3 year old smiled and said Hi. Throughout the interaction, there was not even a smile, no recommendations for a first timer and had a disappointing look at her face while i was deliberating the ingredients in my juice. Coming the juice itself, went in for apple, carrots and pineapple. First sip felt so fresh and natural but a few gulps and it felt not so nice. There was some after taste and smell which did not feel right.

Great delish juices and smoothies. I stop by at least 5x a week. Just wish they'd have an app in lieu of the punch card.

Smoothies are great but unfortunately they do have a very rude worker. I won’t be back until she fixes her attitude. Tends to wear pimple patches. Her boyfriend was sitting in the shop she was too busy speaking to him. She didn’t look at me and would not speak to me. She’s truly unprofessional

My very first visit here, we couldn’t make up our minds on all the juices ” smoothies …But worker Hannah was actually super helpful with some really bomb suggestions! Our pressed juices were soooo gooood ???! Hannah had amazing customer service ” made our first time we’ll worth it , I’ll definitely be back soon ! ?Thank you for the great experience ?
