The chicken was delicious, sometimes fried chicken chains can be dry but this was so moist. The spicy was my favorite, and had some heat to it. Glad to see this location improving.
I'd REALLY LOVE to be able to give this place and their staff as well as food quality a better rating! Truly, I would. However, it's kind of hard to do so considering NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE! EVER!!!!! Like what is the deal with that? I literally have been trying to get someone on the phone for the past 4 hours to ask 2 simple questions before I waste my time going down there via bus in this cold weather NOTHING! I am seriously irritated by this because there's no excuse. However I know I will be beyond irritated if I do travel down there for no reason and end up leaving just as hungry as I was 5 hours ago before taking an hour to decide I'd love to dine here since it's been so long. So if anyone working there sees this post today April 5th, 2024 7:08PM please answer my 2 questions, actually 3 now 1. What time does your dining room close? 2. Do you guys still offer white gravy? 3. Is this specific location at 32nd Street and Cactus Rd. one of the stores that accepts the EBT hot meals program?
