Café Zupas - Phoenix

This location has gone way downhill lately. Twice recently my phone order was made incorrectly. The second time I returned to the store to have the bowl remade and the remade bowl had most of the ingredients missing. At our last dine-in I had to ask to have a table cleaned because all of the tables were dirty. I have eaten at this location since it opened but with the recent issues I won’t be back.

My go-to lunch spot, I’m obsessed!! Healthy and delicious. Great price

It's great food. Super fresh and delicious. The young staff seem like they care about their job and your experience which is unfortunately not common most places. Always very clean

The food is not bad. However, there is food on and under the tables. The place is empty so when I suggested they clean the tables they did nothing. There just standing around.

Amy was so amazing! When I came in she greeted me and was so sweet! Her energy was vibrant and welcoming I will definitely be coming in more because of her! She is amazing and deserves a raise! Thank you again Amy for an AMAZING experience!
