Fillmore Coffee Co. - Phoenix

I had a delicious meal at this restaurant. The atmosphere was cool and clean. The staff were happy and attentive. I tried the cold Matcha Latte and the Burrito, which was amazing with eggs, jalapeños, glazed onions, goat cheese, and spinach. My husband had a unique and delicious grilled cheese sandwich. We also enjoyed a hot caramel Macchiato. I highly recommend trying this place!

I really enjoyed this restaurant. I would describe it as a slightly above-average independent coffee shop. It is a nice place, but we struggled to find seating because of the number of people and students occupying tables by themselves. Luckily, they had outdoor seating available. The coffee was fantastic and the food was delicious. The portion sizes were good for the price. My adult children even had to take half of their avocado toast home because it was so filling. The only downside was that the service was a bit slow, likely due to the limited staff. However, this did not detract from our overall positive experience. We will definitely be back when we have the chance.

I ordered an Americano at this restaurant and it was perfectly made with great taste. I also tried the Brekkie Scramble, which was a delicious breakfast plate with icy vegetables, feta, and sourdough on the side. The flavors were well-balanced and not overcooked. The atmosphere was relaxed and had a college vibe. Overall, this place was exactly what I was looking for in a large local coffee shop. Highly recommend!

I love finding local cafes! During a stay in downtown Phoenix we wandered around and found Fillmore Coffee. My latte was on the spot and wore the B E Sandwich! I recommend you stop and try Fillmore Coffee!

This was a great coffee shop. Just what I needed before I went to Sedona for a beautiful hike. The coffee was awesome and the avocado toast was the perfect breakfast for a hike. The ambience of the place was really nice as well.
