The Corn - Phnom Penh

This place was one of the best we’d been so far in Southeast Asia! The food is amazing, super fresh, all veggie with an option adding meat or seafood and huge portions! Furthermore the service was just excellent. They were very sweet and the English of the boy who served us was pretty good. Specialty: you get as much table-water as you like for free and everything is washed with this special “Kangen” Water. We’ll definitely come back and highly recommend it!

Wonderful, whole place with healthy and delicious vegan menu. we have tried various dishes, but pumpkin soup, pumpkin curry and black rice are perfect! no sharp. make sure it works only from Monday to Friday.

Place can be a little hard to find. Look for the sign off the main road. Then it’s down the private driveway. This is my second visit to this establishment. Want to give it more stars based on number of options and ambience, but the food on a couple occasions has been more like 3 stars. Got the fresh spring rolls which were good themselves, but the peanut sauce was very salty. Also tried the lentil fritters which looked nice, but were pretty bland. The zucchini and spinach salad with the “special Dijon honey sauce creation” was extremely salty. I mentioned the excess salt to the wait staff, but they seemed to think it was my own taste buds. ———— Came back for another visit and the red pumpkin and sweet potato curry with the black forbidden rice was on the spot really GOOD. Homemade Ginger Beer was also authentic and refreshing. And crepe was available vegan, came out as a sweet delight and surprisingly very well done! Glad the menu had some better finds this time around.

Very good food although small portions. Very friendly staff and it's a cash only business. Was a little hard to find following the map but you should just keep walking till you see the sign jutting out into the road. Can't miss it. I ordered the Amok and although it was small, it was DELICIOUS. Would definitely come back again if I find myself in Cambodia again.

Hidden in a small alley just right beside the busy main road, the restaurant are cozy and lovely, an ideal place to hangout with friends. Staffs are friendly and nice, served typical khmer foods with acceptable price.
