They tell you their chicken and beef are halal but no certificate or halal logo on the door. Serve locals at priority and in the queue, try to play smart and charge more to foreigners like if they dont have vanilla or chocolate shake they will forcefully give strawberry shake and refuse to take back. Their ice tea is worst. Burgers are average.

It's not the same as the ones in the US. The portions are definitely smaller. Nevertheless, I still enjoy their Western Bacon Cheese Burger. I would give them 4 stars if the prices were lower.

Overpriced burger!!! Went there last month to eat a set turned out the real food was very tiny compared to the photo. Burger was so dry and tasteless. Waste of money...

Poor service. Cashier got my order wrong (no surprise). Management agreed to correct but in doing so, I have to wait for them to remake (they could’ve allowed a hungry patron to enjoy the wrong fries while I waited). So much for the steak sandwich meal experience. You would expect better training for a recognizable international company. It’s my first time at the franchise and it’s disappointing.
