Yes they found it, it is the yellow style location that sells like a mobile phone plans business between two stores sarg. it is like the other reviews above say good eating and nice people, beautiful price. the food is only warm at 6:00 a.m., although shortly after cooking, otherwise it will be somehow lukewarm thanks to the hot rice. still good.

This place is perfect: they sell a large selection of vegan Thai food for a really cheap price. the owner is really nice, although she cannot speak English. just show her the court you want, and she'll add it to your rice. highly recommended if they are in phitsanulok. P.S: the position on happy cow is not correct. go a bit further to the road in the direction railway station to find it.
