We were on a visit to canberra and a night chose this restaurant for dinner and thanked God. we don't regret it at all. farruqh bhai n his wife were very welcoming. ... we ordered nihari, roghni naan, kadhai chicken special, arehi biryani and mixed plate. could not make pictures, but can vouch for the quality and love that went in the food. some dishes were the choice of the owner, some of our, but all were great. will definitely recommend that after Canberra..try this amazing place!

Although there was only one rating to zomato, lahori gate is great on facebook. in the juni I could not quickly find a menu online, so I called and asked them to recommend something for children. they answered that their whole eating was spicy, so I ordered a few simple and whole naan, a few chapatti, okra for me, and han tikka for whoever it wanted to be one of the children, despite its heat. the okra in tomato sauce was good, only sharp enough. Flavoursome home-style Pakistani food. This is a unique restaurant tucked away serving beautifully flavorsome Pakistani food. It is very different to food you'd get from say an Indian restaurant and if you are a foodie it is definitely worth a visit. We had the Haleem and Bhindi Bhaji with a variety of great Naans as well as a mixed platter. We'll definitely come again.
