Zuzu's Kitchen - Philadelphia

I don't understand why the delivery person can't bring the food to our door! We're paying for delivery, not to have to walk all the way to the car to pick up our order. This is unacceptable, and it's not the first time it's happened! Please do better for your paying customers!

I've been ordering from Zuzu's a few times a week because I love their Ethiopian platters, but lately, they’ve been getting really stingy! Today, when I ordered a platter, the sides were just one tiny scoop each. I called to address the issue, and a woman on the phone told me that's how it should be, even though I've been ordering the same platter for months. To make matters worse, the platter was missing the potatoes, and I wasn't informed they were out before I placed my order! At $9.45, it's not worth it, especially with the poor customer service regarding this issue. I won't be ordering this platter again.

Ordered from here for the first time a couple months ago and then again this past weekend and like it. Food is very tasty and good sized portions. Like a local pizza shop but with varying options including Ethiopian dishes, salmon or lamb tacos, etc. Sofar, I've tried the Salmon Tacos, Salmon Burger and Southwestern Chicken Egg rolls all have been good. Now that I'm living alittle closer, plan on ordering from them more often. Suggest giving them a chance and ordering from them.

I haven't tried the pizza, but the Ethiopian food is EXCELLENT. The vegan combo platter is my go to and does not disappoint. I've gotten the wings and salad for a friend and she really like them both the salad looked great. Seems like a family-runspot which I appreciate. The service has been fast and friendly in my experiences.

I never miss the chance to order the boom boom slices whenever I see them. Additionally, their kitchen and grill food is surprisingly underrated.
