Yellowtail - Philadelphia

I finally stopped by this restaurant on my walk home, as it's just around the corner, and I was really pleased with my experience. I tried the special firecracker roll and the pan-fried pork dumplings, both of which were excellent. The sushi was absolutely delicious, and I definitely plan to return. The service was quick and efficient; I waited just 8 minutes, which was easy. The staff were very friendly, and I really appreciate places like this in such a lovely neighborhood. Thank you!

I ordered the Philly roll, salmon roll, and tuna roll. The amount of fish in the rolls was pretty good, with some rolls being better than others. The Chinese pizza/scallion pancake was tasty but quite crunchy. The miso soup was enjoyable as well, though it was mostly broth with not much tofu. I would definitely order from here again. Rating: 4/5.

This is one of those hidden gems in Philadelphia. It's not fancy at all; they have only about four or five tables. I believe they primarily focus on takeout and delivery, but the food is consistently incredible. The fish is exceptionally fresh, and the rice is soft and full of flavor. Food: 5/5

Mediocre sushi that gave me an upset stomach for two days. Ordered off the website a sashimi appetizer and a sashimi deluxe entree. The description for the sashimi deluxe was different to what I actually received. I called the store to inquire what happened and they told me that the sashimi deluxe was actually what I received. I informed them that the website description is incorrect and that it should be updated to accurately depict what the entree comes with.
