Wendy's - Philadelphia

Is a good situation the only problem is that they always need too long to serve the food takes 20 minutes to get a burger?

As I said, will always love wendy’s although they sunk the beef it is not good quality as before, they are foods are always fresh and hot:) food 4/5

This wendy is on the hill. I remember coming here and it was great. now it feels like they hire someone. was to place my order in the drive-thru for 10 minutes. then waited 9 minutes for the front. once there were 5 minutes waiting to actually be noticed by the workers to give me my order. they did not pay attention until someone who did not work with the drive-thru noticed us there. smh

- if I gave this place negative stars. I ordered my food and then this couple came after me and they had a big job. they got their stuff before I did it and everything I had ordered was a chicken sandwich. how does that happen at all? and when I asked for my money back and told him that I didn't want to sandwich, the employee started to make comments about me right in front of the managers. Seriously, who's got such a place?

My great grand daughter got the four for four. She loves the chicken nuggets and French fries. She saves the burger for later.Food: 5/5
