Wendy's - Philadelphia

Ordered 2 baconator combos and two 4 for $4 combos for my children. I was told that I could only get my meals in a big size, although I asked for a little. including my 4 for $4 meals that were for my young children. baconators were horrible! hardly any speck or spicy. they also forgot the nuggets for one of the 4for4 meals. what a waste of $40!

Hard rude woman works the window. they forgot to give us a big frit, and the lid was not on the soda so that in my car excavated so that we back into the car ride thru lane waited patiently for another 12 minutes only from a group of 3 women who totally ignored us for a few minutes. my fly said kindly, apologise they miss me and was hit with dirty look, he asked for the riders that she forgot, and he said to her really nice about the soda pilgrim and she snapped, we don't give any refills and went away. such a rude lady who could not work there!

I ordered a 6 pieces spicy nuggets and when I came home, I realized they were only regular nuggets. When I came back to get the right order, they said they had no, so they gave me regular nuggets. instead of telling me that they ran out of the spicy, they still jumped me for them, even though they knew they were no longer. they don't give me a replacement and they think I agree with it. I can only say they gave me my money back.

I had the worst experience possible, every time I went to this wendy’s I was here eight times and every time I came there, I got simple kartoffel fries they refuse to put a conversation about them actually salt on their fries, so I feel like any other who thinks to go here to reconsider their decision, they are extremely rude, or not willing to listen to their phone.

Really terrible at getting orders straight. If you want to add or remove something, they will give you a burger with JUST that. Happened 4 times in a row on different days with different people. Make certain to clarify what you want and check your order before you drive away!
