Watkins Drinkery - Philadelphia

In my opinion, this is the best bar in Philadelphia. This local hotspot offers a wide variety of delicious meats and an excellent selection of beers.

I do not understand how this restaurant stays open. The service is absolutely awful. The owner is incredibly rude and the waitstaff is so disorganized that they can't even remember to bring you your order.

I used to love this nearby bar before the pandemic because of its wide variety of menu options, consistently high quality of food, and reasonable prices.

I went during happy hour and enjoyed the discounted beer. I ordered a burger with bacon (despite requesting no cheese, it still came with it), but the burger was amazing. I will definitely be returning for another burger next time, with the beer being a secondary choice. The burger is excellent!

The service was fantastic and the atmosphere was perfect for enjoying a drink, but unfortunately, we were not particularly impressed with the food. It seems that others really enjoy it, so perhaps we just had bad luck or chose items that weren't to our liking.
