I had the seafood medley (picture) and a mango juice. if I find myself in philadelphia again, I will come back in a definite way.
So happy I tried peruvian after a long time at this place again. had seen it several times before we finally made it and we were not disappointed. they have an enormous amount of options of seafood and meat dishes some interwoven with Japanese and Chinese influences. everyone was tasteful than the other. the outstanding dishes were the ceviche, traditional potatoes in the yellow pfeffer sauce and pork lomo) risotto, as they were so tasteful with a light kick. the purple corn pudding was as tasty and confusing as it almost tasted like raspberry. efinitely is worth seeing only the amazing interiors and of course great variety of food with something for everyone.
Small, flurblickstelle, but somehow elegant. loved their Peruvian style risotto, so much taste (they don't look good in the picture but it was.) try the first time pisco it was great. server was nice. would come back.
On President's Day we were walking around Philly to enjoy the day and do a bit of site seeing. We were looking for a place for lunch and many of the restaurants were permanently closed due to covid or were too busy. We just happened upon this place and it was great! Super clean, friendly staff and the food was really fresh. I must admit I am not familiar with Peruvian food but the ceviche they served was excellent! We both ordered a full lunch as well and the portions were large and reasonably priced. I would say the one draw back was they could have used more staff but considering the current staffing shortages everywhere, we did not mind waiting a bit.
Food was fantastic and our waitress was great! Great atmosphere also.
