The Sanctuary - Philadelphia

This is the first airport spot I've encountered that has a charging station with multiple USB outlets and a standard AC outlet. We requested it from the waiter and were able to charge our phones without any hassle. And let's not forget about the wine! We opted for two different red wine flights, as reds were the highlight of the day. I'm not a wine expert, but I really appreciated how the wine glasses were presented along with an explanation of the flavors to expect (like fruit, cocoa, cinnamon, and spices), along with a basic classification of the wines (Robust, Light, etc.). If you're unsure, don't hesitate to ask the staff; they are quite knowledgeable and can assist you in making a choice. The flights are a perfect way to sample various wines, and you can even purchase bottles to take with you if you wish. This place was everything I hoped for in an airport wine bar, complete with excellent service and charging options!

Mediocre food. Terrible service. Can't comment on the wine or wine prices. Tried to use two small tables so I could make room for my food and laptop and was rudely told they needed the table for other patrons since I wasn't ordering wine. The entire time I was there, there were at least 5 of these tables open. Also, the only beverages they have are wine/beer and bottled water. Skip this one.

Sat there for 20 mins while the server sat there in front of the camera and never greeted me. Finally had to say hello loudly for her to come out. Her first words were, the kitchen is closed. It was 7:20ish, and I just wanted a glass of wine before my flight. I asked if I could get wine, she said, Yeah. I asked for a glass of Cade, which is $41, but asked if the bottle was opened recently, and she just said, nah. Red doesn't do well on the shelf and for $41 a glass, it didn't seem reasonable. So I said nevermind and said the service was not good, but thank you. She respond, no it wasn't, how? I explained my wait, as she had watched me on camera there and was rude.To which she kept saying, no it wasnt. I fly a lot, by far the rudest service.

I was at the airport a few days back and they told me there was an issue with their credit card machine but they would try to run it. They swiped multiple times and had my card forever and then told me I needed to pay cash since it wasn't working. I told them it hit my card and they said it was pending and would drop. They would not give me a voided receipt. I ended up paying cash since I had a flight to catch. I just checked my account and I have multiple charges that have cleared for all different amounts even though I bought one thing and had one transaction. So frustrating!

You had me at wine flights! Just finishing up the security checkpoint and I see this wine place, had lots of time to kill so wanted to check it out and try some wine. They are known for their wine flights and they also sell retail wine for you to take with or drink there. BEWARE!!! What I found crazy tho... was that if you ordered a bottle and drank it there, they charge you $12 for them to uncork it. Whyyyy... 2 glasses basically equaled that bottle but for $12 service fee... UGH wish that wasn't so. But it was. Anyways... we still stayed a had a glass each and also ordered a cheese plate. Had the Tempranillo which was good and I did like that they gave Tasting notes to make it feel like a real wine tasting. The cheese plate was also good, came with toast, nuts and a sort of jam. Service is great and I did like having this option instead of your usual fast food service that you find at the airport. The menu had lots of other great options for food too so definitely something to check out! If I'm at this terminal again, I would most likely stop here for a flight or a glass while I wait for my flight!
