Starbucks - Philadelphia

The coffee was decent, but the restrooms seemed like they hadn't been cleaned in a year.

During my typical visit, I noticed six employees working at each station, except for the cash register. Five minutes later, they informed us that they had run out of dark roast coffee at noon. I’m giving an extra star because of the absurd number of hot tea orders—eight different kinds—that contribute to about 25% of the customer base, which exacerbates the other issues I've encountered.

Clean spot with a great location! My mobile order was ready for pickup without any issues. It can get quite crowded due to its popularity in the city.

This Starbucks location is charming and offers all the essentials on the drink and food menu. You won't have to stress about your order, as their limited selection features all the popular drinks. I particularly appreciate how the sink is located outside of the restrooms. The shop has a minimalistic and modern vibe. I highly recommend trying the vanilla bean crème Frappuccino—it's delicious!

The location is great! All the baristas were friendly, even with the many impatient customers around. There's plenty of seating, making it a perfect spot to get some work done or enjoy a chat over a delicious cup of coffee.
