Paradise Inn - Philadelphia

Not enough chicken in hot and spicy chicken dish. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Probably the oil. In terms of cheap American Chinese food this is below average.

One of the most unfortunate things during this pandemic is Paradise keeping its doors closed. Their food was always fantastic and with many other early closing food options, going to that other Chinese spot really makes you appreciate the difference in the food quality. If you have recently moved here, keep an eye out for if when they reopen.

This place is the best love the food and love the owners i always get beef and broccoli and my partner always gets the general tsos and its always good we are regulars for sure.

TERRIBLE! We ordered the general Tso's combo and beef and broccoli combo, both with crab fried rice. General tso's chicken was mushy and vinegary. Beef was almost non existent in the beef and broccoli. Also ordered fried crab sticks on the side. These were the worst fake crab sticks I've ever had. Wish we had noticed that they hadn't had a review in over 2 years.

Portions are large, piping hot, delicious, and super cheap. I feel like everyone in Philly has that one Chinese store they used to order from growing up, but then they closed down. This place tastes the closest to my childhood favorite, and the owners are so friendly and wonderful. Will definitely return when I'm back in the neighborhood C:
