Papa Johns Pizza - Philadelphia

This load is by far the worst papa johns in history. I ordered 2 pizzas online and used my papa dough points, but the shipper delivered only 1 pizza. I called my order and they gave me the run and said I had to come in and pick up my pizza. not only did I tip the truck, but I ordered the delivery. who in the right sense wants to get a pizza for which they ordered the delivery? who says they have this kind of promotion to get into the load from which they have ordered the delivery. not only was I not able to talk to a manager, but also the customer service number tells me again and again because they have a heavy call volume. I'll never be ordered by this one again, and the shipper has to be fired. this shop customer service is very good. I was never for her to fail to do her job, or the inconvenience I have to come to business to do anything. they told me that I would have to call back for a manager after 17 o'clock, as if I were not missing food and not paying. they didn't want to force me, and I had a hard time getting my dad dough back, even though I never got my full order, and I'm still not sure if they sent my dad dough back to my account. this is not the first or the second bad desire I had loaded with this and I would not recommend it to anyone. they don't even earn the 1 star rating.

Out! This is horrible! my pizza never arrived, was hanged several times and said they would not give me any refund in this night. the next day for a refund that never came through! I'll deny the credit card fee.

Terrible. Ordered a small pizza on a tuesday night and it took an hour and a half to be delivered. It was cold when i got it. There is barely any sauce on the pizza. And i ordered extra marinara sauce on the side, it costs 1.50 and literally came half full. TRASH
