Panorama - Philadelphia

I dined there on a quiet Sunday evening and ordered the filet for $28, requesting it to be cooked medium. Unfortunately, it arrived well done. They kindly prepared a new steak for me, but it ended up being very rare. After sending that back, the replacement still came back rare! Each time I returned a dish, they changed my sides, which was frustrating. I wanted the asparagus, but it got swapped for carrots. My friend's meal was also disappointing; he ordered a pasta dish that had barely any pasta. Despite the poor food quality, the manager was very accommodating, offering us complimentary dessert and we only had to pay for the wine. Overall, the prices are quite high, and I would recommend choosing an Italian BYOB instead.

After reading the sole review posted, I felt inspired to share my own experience. Our time at Panorama was wonderful. The food, service, and ambiance were all exceptional. I wouldn’t let that one review influence your decision to visit; we were thoroughly pleased with our experience and would absolutely return.

We went to celebrate a friend's birthday, and several of us had been eager to try this restaurant. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing—it had a rubbery texture and none of us enjoyed it. There were ten people in our group, and we all felt the same. The service left a lot to be desired, and the prices were excessive considering the quality and portion sizes we received. I wouldn't return for dinner again, although I would consider going back for the wine, which was excellent and offered a wide selection.
