Ny Bagel Deli Shop - Philadelphia

Food was very good! All 5 of us enjoyed our various meals of breakfast, wraps, salads, etc. Cooked to order and portion sizes are perfect!

Customer service could some work. only certain people though(specifically the new boy!

I was so unsatisfied with my food, they gave me day old hash browns, one of the men workers were very disrespectful to me and friends i’m so disappointed.

Nice food but... they got everything that I ordered wrong! Given that I was ordering through their terminal and not verbally, that's kinda funny. I got an herbal tea instead of a coffee, an everything bagel instead of a sesame one. I got a different smoothie from what I ordered but at least that was communicated to me and I was able to choose the alternative myself. The rest surprise when I got home lol.

Matcha tea bagels were yummy! Love that they have beef bacon.
