I had free tickets for a show tonight and I didn't see the nice print you had to show up until 11. I was 30 minutes too late and they tried to act as if they made me solid by charging us $30 each to come instead of 40. Are you serious? We turned and left. I'm going there all the time and they couldn't cut us a bit? $60 is a lot of money and more than the tickets originally cost. You don't do me a favor. You'll get me done.
I love the fact that NOTO brings big djs, but I wish the venue was bigger, or the number of tickets was limited. VIP system here is extra strange and the same is security... how who hurt you? For larger artists and the prices they charge. there are no special effects that you would expect, so it is just a basic nightclub that really tries to push the edm community, but does not have the ability to do so.
Reasons why this place is ridiculous why you should never go here and why this was my worst experience in a club/Rave:1. They are treated less than a human being. Apparently, you have to ask for permission to go to the bathroom, and they scream to you if you don't. The guy who works there forced my friend and I to share a toilet. He didn't let us use different bathrooms when there were 6 open and no line.2 Wrong information about who will be performing. They will claim that a certain headliner or opener will play, but they often do not come. You bought tickets to see someone playing? May the chances be in your favor because you do not return your money and time.3 Security guards block your view of the website for the entire show. If you ask them to move, they will refuse because they appear to be their 7 ft a can't see 'he was literally 7 ft big) They don't care about you, and will yell at you because they literally do nothing.4 Money hungry. 80% of the venue/club are all VIP seats. 20% is the GA, it is extremely small and you are treated like cattle, and feel like cattle because you 're fenced in.5 You start cleaning the venue 1 hour before the fair. This means that the guards randomly exit the people, yelling at you to move back, and reducing the already-iny-af GA range by making the fence smaller and compels everyone to squirt together. Like cattle. You scream in your ear if you don't pull enough back.
We were here on the new year and were attacked by what they claimed to be bouncer. nothing has been done by our party to earn the treatment that we have been subjected to. I was beaten and thrown out by three paws at midnight, one wearing a ski mask. because he pushes a guy to throttle my neck. another man approached me before it went down and claimed that she banded and knew people who worked there. would avoid this place, was wasted $800 for tickets for an hour there, was harassed and beaten by some. the outside bouncer stood by and did nothing. Don't worry about the hit, they were weak. I just want to be repaid for my money.
Came to Noto for my birthday and had a great time. I was a little nervous because of the extremely mixed reviews but they did not disappoint. I booked a table with Ramy the promoter and he made the whole process super easy. He was very accessible for any questions I had about the club and the reservation and even got me a complementary bottle of champagne for my birthday. There a lot of mixed reviews so I'll give a detailed run down of the experience from start finish for anyone on the fence.I was able to request a reservation by going to the clubs website and Ramy texted me to finalize my reservation within an hour or so. Our table minimum was $650 for an upstairs booth that allowed a max of 10 ppl. In order to finalize the reservation there was a $150 down payment requirement. Ramy sent a link to a secure site to do the down payment and then I received an email with a receipt. We got there around 10:45 and there was no VIP line so we were able to go right in. The guy that took my name at the door and the security who checked our ID's were both pretty nice and laid back and we were able to go right in. When we got in they took my ID and the card I was paying with, gave us all wrist bands and guided us upstairs to our table. There was additional security upstairs I guess to check wrist bands but I never interacted with them. Our table was clean and already set up when we got there and our bottle girl came to greet us immediately upon arrival. She was so friendly and nice. Ramy came up and greeted us as well to make sure we were good. We put our order in and got the bottle within about 10 minutes. They came with 2 mixers, orange juice and cranberry juice. The service was really good our waitress (I can't remember her name) checked in through out the night and they had runners refilling the mixers when they got low. There was no celebrity host or guest DJ the night we went so the vibe was chill. The crowd grew progressively as it got later but I didn't see any over crowding or anything like that. It seemed like everyone was having a great time from VIP to GA. The bill was pricey, I'm not gonna lie. On top of the down payment the rest of the bill was about $725 with us not ordering over the minimum $650. There's 25% gratuity and a 10% tax added to the bill. I don't have any comment on that. If you choose to do bottle service it is what is lol. Overall I had a really good time, the staff was very friendly and the music was good and the crowd had a great vibe. I'll definitely return in the future.
