Krispy Krunchy Chicken - Philadelphia

Wow! Everything was perfectly crispy! It was my first time dining there, and I can assure you it won't be my last!

I ordered the regular chicken, not the spicy option, but I was surprised to receive a dish that was far spicier than anticipated. It was so hot that I couldn't even finish it, and I paid $40 for an order that I believe was prepared incorrectly. As a customer, I am extremely disappointed and feel deceived. If the chicken is spicy, it should be clearly stated on the menu. This experience is completely unacceptable.

The four-piece dark biscuit was truly delightful! It was fantastic—every bite was incredible!

I typically enjoy the chicken at this restaurant, but my recent experience was disappointing. I ended up throwing it away because both the chicken and the potato wedges were so dry that I couldn't eat them.

I didn't receive my biscuit, and my food was served on an uncovered tray rather than in a container.
