The menu is ridiculously small with only two items on the kids menu, to which the server noted that there were no exceptions to accommodate food issues for my son. The only thing positive is that the waiter eventually agreed to making me a cheeseburger without the burger which was my attempt to create something off the menu for my resembling a grilled cheese. With little to choose from I ordered shrimp which were severely undercooked and a salad which came out with warm lettuce. For people I spent over for a meal that was barely edible. My family ate a few french fries and relied on junk food from the “gift shop” and a late night pizza delivery to celebrate my husband’s birthday. I rarely write reviews and decided to take the time on this one to prevent others from making the same mistake I did especially for a special event
Though the service was great, the food was horrible. The fish and chips were basically made from frozen fish and was tough and tasteless. The menu stated it came with a homemade lemon tartar sauce, we were given pre packaged tartar sauce. The food was not good and my family and I will definitely not be returning
The online menu was greatly reduced. The salmon on the menu did NOT state it was served with a mustard sauce. It was an extremely heavy and grainy mustard sauce and it overflowed onto the vegetables which was gross
Staying at the hotel, I was looking for something on site and found this amazing gem. Our waitress, Jackie, was just super awesome! She was friendly and attentive. Great person who made us laugh. The food was so fresh and also phenomenal. The triple chocolate cake was to die for. Yummmmmm! Thanks
They were only open in the bar area because of the virus, so we didn't get to sit in the restaurant itself. The bar area was comfortable, and the main restaurant looked good as well. We would had sat outside for the water view, but it was too chilly. The menu was limited, again (I think) because of the virus. But what we had was excellent (double filet and crab cakes). They were very accommodating, brought me a double filet which wasn't on the menu. The bartender made a perfect manhattan, and the wines by the glass were reasonably priced and good. The bartender and manager (the only two working in the front) were great. The manager went so far as to chase me down near the garage when I left my credit card on the table. My only complaint is the parking charge for a couple of hours, really?
