After doing some research on food poisoning from shrimp, I found that all the symptoms matched, and the chemical smell is a clear indicator that shrimp is bad. When I called this morning, the lady manager tried to explain how to cook shrimp in Alfredo pasta to me, as if I were inexperienced. This isn’t my first time cooking or eating it! She then suggested that I drive 1 hour and 20 minutes to show her the shrimp. At that point, I was incredibly frustrated—making that trip would cost me more in gas than the shrimp itself. I explained to her how my whole day was ruined because I was so dehydrated from being sick. Please be cautious with this place! If you detect a chemical smell in their seafood, don’t eat it. Their seafood does not appear to be fresh at all. This was my first and last time buying from these people.

I’ve bought shrimp and salmon from this place, and they’ve been fresh every time. However, the customer service could use some improvement. The woman at the cash register often comes across as unfriendly.

The crab cakes and cod cakes here were truly the worst I've ever had. I can't believe they have the nerve to charge $11.99 each for these. They were overloaded with breadcrumbs and as dry as saltine crackers. I didn't detect any crab flavor whatsoever. I strongly advise you to steer clear of this place.

I bought a quarter pound of cooked lobster claws, along with some other items, at this location in the Reading Terminal. Unfortunately, when I tried one, it was clearly unfit for consumption. I returned all of it and had a frustrating exchange with the sales staff. After speaking to the off-site manager, I received a store credit. However, after this experience, I'm done with that store. I've visited numerous times, and the poor handling of returns has left a bad impression on me!
