The food at this restaurant was good under the previous management, but since the change in management, the food quality and customer service have both declined. Additionally, they never answer the phone when you try to contact them.

I have always enjoyed this restaurant...it was a favorite when I was younger and I always look forward to visiting whenever I'm in the old neighborhood. However, I have been disappointed twice now because the bread was not fresh. When I called to address this issue, they simply said that's what they received in their delivery. But ultimately, they made the decision to serve it to the customers. Additionally, they no longer carry the delicious jarred pickles they used to offer.

The service at this restaurant is excellent and very friendly.

A little too oily but overall good cheese hoagie. Much smaller than usual but still a nice size and good quality

Why get smart with the people who keep you in business? The customer is always right, remember that. New lady was rude and ignorant , originals always nice.
