Ipho Vietnamese - Philadelphia

Delicious, reasonably priced Vietnamese food. The owner is fun and generous. We would definitely come back!

It was pretty good pho, but there was no AC in there.

We ordered pho here for the second time tonight and it was absolutely delicious. I ordered the grilled chicken pho and my fiancé had beef pho. We also ordered a side of rice and the veggie spring rolls. The owner is very friendly and sweet. We will continue to support this business and recommend it to our friends and neighbors.

The food here is good and the facilities appear mostly clean. I 've been here once before with my partner and there doesn 't seem to be a ton of foot traffic. When I came on my own today around 6pm I was the only one in the restaurant and was greeted with to go only even though the hours said Monday-Sunday 10pm. I ordered and then the counter person told me I couldn 't wait in the restaurant either, and that I needed to wait and come back. I had high hopes for this spot, as there 's not many options for Vietnamese cuisine in the area. But it 's not very friendly or welcoming and I 'm no longer surprised that I haven 't seen many people dine here.

Food was decent. Customer service was not good. The price for a medium pho in the store was $10.95 with a 4% charge of you pay with credit card. I got to the front to pay my bill and the guy could not figure how to use his machine and told me it’s $13.95 with cash. I mentioned that wasn’t the price on the menu and he says, “prices go up”. The price online is also $10.95. This place needs help badly and they over charge for pho. No customer service.
