This is our go-to spot for sushi in the city! They offer excellent quality fish at a reasonable price, and the atmosphere is cozy. We give the food a rating of 5 out of 5.

I love sushi and have traveled extensively for work. In my opinion, Hikari is the best sushi restaurant in the neighborhood and surrounding area. It has been our go-to place ever since they took over several years ago. The secret is starting to get out, but we will always keep coming back. The owner, family, and staff are all incredibly friendly. I recommend trying the Rock Shrimp, Crab Wonton, and Spruncy. Check it out for yourself and see what you think. Thank you.

The restaurant operates on a BYOB policy and may be a bit challenging for those with accessibility needs due to its tight squeeze. The atmosphere is perfect for a date night, catching up with a friend, or enjoying elevated takeout or delivery. Although not fancy, the restaurant offers a level up in dining experience. One unusual aspect of the restaurant is that they offer bottled water for free, while charging for soft drinks and serving them in cans with free refills. This may result in a large amount of trash/recycling. Despite this, the quality of the food and service overshadows this minor inconvenience. It may seem strange to receive a Kirkland bottled water at an elevated sushi restaurant, but the overall experience is worth it.

Very cozy, intimate setting and in a great area. Wonderful food and service—reasonable prices too! Sometimes difficult to find parking, but well worth it!Food: 5/5
