Felly Bistro On Pass - Philadelphia

This is a great restaurant. Food is delicious, service is great, and the atmosphere is nice. On top of that, it's BYO and reasonably priced. This is a real neighborhood gem. I highly recommend Felly! You will not be disappointed.

Every restaurant on OpenTable made it clear if they had a set-menu for Valentine’s Day...I booked here because they did not advertise that and made it seem as if there were no menu limitations My girlfriend doesn’t eat seafood and therefore we were stuck with basically 2 options for entrees and the mushroom chicken dish was not worth the cost

Great find and dining experience. Portions are perfect and prepared with great presentation and everything is delicious.

We went for the Valentine's day pre fix menu. We weren't asked how we wanted the meat done and the beef Wellington came well done. Although tender, just wish it was less done. Jack was great! And my shrimp and crab ravioli had good flavors. Their regular menu looked yummy. It's BYOB so that was nice.

Fabulous brunch spot. Amazing food. Great service. Very cozy and relaxed. Quite a switch from all those loud brunch places. I had a salmon burger that was soooooo delicious. Can’t wait to try dinner there. It wasn’t crowded but I hope word spreads about the amazing restaurant!!!!!
