Ed's Pizza House - Philadelphia

Service only bad. I called to order the phone she was very rude. In the end, when I tried to give my card numbers, she was just hanging in my ear. I called back to cancel my order and she just hung up. I ordered to eat over Uber and the food was just not what it was to be. I won't spend my money here anymore.

I ordered a pizza with sausage and pepperoni, but I received a cheese pizza instead. When I called to report the issue, they didn't offer any compensation and said the manager wouldn’t assist me. When I spoke to him in person, he claimed there was nothing he could do. I won’t be returning.

Hurry! Stop here at my lunch break I just ordered 2 slices I opened and the slices were really big and thick. You were good too.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant, and I wouldn’t recommend it. The customer service was poor; they didn’t follow instructions and didn’t check the orders properly. There are no refunds, no apologies, and no efforts to make up for any mistakes. I visited three times, and each experience was worse than the last. The first time, my cheese was missing; the second time, my fries were mixed with two different cheeses; and on my third visit, while I finally received the correct fries, there was still no soda and no refund offered. My husband and I have decided not to return. This place on Ogontz is a letdown.

Moved to a new neighborhood tried several places? Until I tried Ed?s everything was nice and hot, finally found a good cheesesteak in my new area. And the buffalo wings were on point. I will definitely be ordering from them again. ?
