Dibbs Bbq - Philadelphia

Amazing BBQ. Probably the best barbecue brisket I’ve had. Collards were on point! Pulled pork was also really good, but we’re we’re blown away by the brisket. Also had some sweet potato cornbread that was life changing. Will be back!

This place was SOOOOOOOO good. Best bbq in Philly. The only reason it’s 4 stars is because they opened on Sunday at 12. We got there at 1:10p and there were sold out of brisket (which is what I wanted to try the most) and all over meat besides chicken wings, beef or pork ribs. And they were sold out of green beans.But we got a beef rib platter and a 4 wing chicken platter. With greens, Mac and cheese, baked beans and candy yams.All the sides were fire. But the greens had a different taste. (Like they didn’t taste like grandma’s recipe)lol but everything yes was good enough to overshadow the green. Then the cornbread was heaven on earth. Will definitely be back. Hopefully they’ll have the brisket

Okay the ribs are everything, tender. The sweet potatoes are good. The mac and cheese is a pass. The pasta is over cooked, the texture was grainy and tasteless. I'm not saying this to be mean there is a lot of room for improvement with the Mac and cheese..the sauce is good and the brisket.

The ribs were some of the best I've had. The cornbread and greens were good as well.

Food is very tasty the ribs don't need the sauce on them they are tasty like that????, side I had were the bake Mac tasty cheesy, baked beans they were okay to me different type of taste greens loved them not over the top. My new spot when i want bbq close by.
