Dave Buster's - Philadelphia

I have been to D&B in MA and RI and expected the experience to be similar. The Philly D&B was awful!!! Restaurant was empty yet we waited so long for everything drinks,/food/waitress attention. Was told paper menus were outdated but the QR to scan to order was so glitchy. Also half the menu was out of stock. Kids food came out before adults. Staff seemed very lost. Terrible experience. Not sure I will return to any D&B after this experience.

The food was cold and the game I paid cash for didn't work. the manager should be FIRED.

Arcade was great, but very limited menu...we came to eat and not a great choice! They said they sold a lot of eat yesterday for easter, so there was not much to choose and the wings were not hot. other than it was a good time

Arcade was great. lack of communication at the end of food. the service must be improved.

Arcade super, hour and half waiting to sit for the meal when there were numerous empty tables determined to eat somewhere else
