Cincin - Philadelphia

Large Chinese restaurant that makes unique dishes. I'm here twice now and I really liked some food and not others. the restaurant has a small parking space that is filled up during the busy hours. but there are street parking. this place seems to be very popular to take out, and their portion sizes for taking out are huge. crispy jump rolls (8/10:) decent jump roll. nothing special spicy rice vermicelli singapore style (6/10:) I was not the biggest fan of it. I have them a little late, but they were a little cold. I just found the court to be bland general Tso’s chicken (7/10:) hm, various take on general Tso’s, as it was different. it tasted something healthier. I think it was decent, but not something I would get back. the part was huge. chicken wing with angry sauce (9/10:) delicious. the wings are very crispy and the sauce was a sweeter tasting sauce. it said it should be spicy, but I didn't taste a spicy. I liked it very much. szechuan sesamhun (10/10): I liked it very much, as it was another mix on sesame chicken, and it tastes definitiw healthier. the chicken was perfectly cooked and was delicious. the sauce was an peanut butter sauce, but it fits the dish very well. I liked the court very much and would get it back. overall good restaurant. beautiful location and great location to get some out. I would try this restaurant out and would recommend to everyone.

The food at this restaurant is delicious and expertly crafted. We tried the Pad Thai with shrimp, which comes in two sizes. The appetizer portion is a good value for the amount of food you receive. Another must-try dish is the crab shumai. Overall, this is a great restaurant that I would highly recommend.

Food was excellent but service was very rude! I spent $250 for dinner and the server said we have to leave because he needs the table. We were there for about hour and having a drink enjoying our conversation when he said this. Server had a personality of zero. Just wanted us to eat and leave. We had appetizers, drinks, entrees, dessert, and ordered takeout also. We left a 25% gratuity but that didn't matter. The server just kept pressuring us to leave while we were enjoying cocktails and conversation. We will never eat here again.

Okay, listen to me. I and my friend agree that cincin officially has the best wings we ever had! They were just perfect. Nice and crispy on the outside (not excessively crispy/fried, though,) the meat was hot, moist and juicy. the house sauce was absolutely delicious. I would come back sincerely, only for the wings! my escape was the beef oxtail and that was also delicious. ambiente was beautiful and the staff was very courteous/ friendly! I will come back in definitiw.

We had a big birthday party for the girls at this restaurant. The food was amazing, as were the drinks. We enjoyed dishes like furious wings, crispy spring rolls, spare ribs, crab cakes, shrimp fried rice, grilled fish, pad thai, and a few other items. The flavors were excellent, the atmosphere was great, and the service was attentive.
