Burgerfi - Philadelphia

Went in for lunch. Desmond made it awesome! Food tasted great. Everyone was happy with it. Desmond's smile and customer service made the difference. His demeanor should be cloned and in every restaurant in the city. Thanks, Desmond ?

Burger Fi has rats at this location. I ordered my food and when I sat down, I saw a rat crawl up the wall into the counter space. It’s been a month since I made a report on their website about this incident and I have had no follow-up. So I’m posting on here to ensure customers know what environment their food is kept in.

So after waiting an hour and having to bug the cashiers up front we finally received our food after we saw about 10 people that ordered after us receive their food. The cashiers were very friendly but the service was extremely slow! The burgers were average at best but the bacon was crispy. After we received our food they told people that they weren’t taking any orders for 30 mins. I feel like the establishment is not efficiently run and doesn’t know how to act when things get busy. However any door dash order came out on time! I doubt I’ll return here for another visit.
