Bistro Perrier - Philadelphia

I had an amazing dinner last night! The bottle of wine was delicious and the beef rib was the best I've ever had. The waitress was lovely and professional, and being there felt like an experience. Even though I've been to Paris before, I had never been to this restaurant - it's a hidden gem. And to top it all off, there is free parking! ?

This restaurant is a fantastic spot for lunch, dinner, or a special occasion, offering a delightful patisserie and coffee shop. Upon parking in their secure lot, you are ushered into a peaceful bistro where enthusiastic students guide you through a unique culinary experience in Center City Philadelphia. Be sure to make your holiday reservations soon, as you will not be disappointed.

The food was so disappointing. Salad was soggy and not well prepared. The chicken Cordon Bleu was over cooked, and the duck was mushy.. very disappointing dinner. Our server was very inapt. The restaurant itself is beautiful . Unfortunately, we will not return.

We dine at this restaurant a few times a year, but this visit was disappointing. It may have been because we dined during the last 90 minutes of service. The coq au vin was dry, the mushrooms under the salmon were undercooked and tough, and the onion soup was over salted. The service was prompt and polite, though a bit unprofessional. It seems like every college is struggling with the new class of first years. Despite this experience, we will give them another chance in the hopes that it was just an off night.
