Big Ben Pizza - Philadelphia

That's my way to the place of delivery. there are definitely better pizza out there, but it is still very good and the rest of the food in the massive menu is always great. I highly recommend the packings, boneless wings and the mozzaluna. the delivery is always fast and hot.

We got no fork or napking with out food. French fries taste like card board. and way wsy over priced. will never order from here again.

My favorite place to order. I always order a wrap and breaded boneless wings. At a point it was hit or miss, but lately they have been knocking it out of the park. They must have gotten a new cook because the all around quality is better all the way down to how everything is put together. I just wish the delivery drivers understood that my house is up the driveway behind another separate house.

Placed an order to be delivered the delivery person called and I couldn’t pick up he never delivered. Your guy never knocked or used the door bell in fact he didn’t show up at all. I paid with a tip and you guys never delivered. Unacceptable!

This used to be my favorite place. I don’t know if new management took over but lately the service has been horrible! I have been delivered orders where items were missing or half cooked, and when you make them aware they are extremely RUDE! The wings aren’t even the same they are like the pre-breaded wings with the sauce on the side. Terrible service and the lady who works the front counter has an attitude. I won’t spend my money there again
