Bank Bourbon - Philadelphia

During my stay at Lowes, this restaurant became my favorite spot. Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience at breakfast when I found hair in my pancakes. I told the server, and she just replaced them without engaging in any conversation, as if this was a common occurrence. The food itself was good, but the vegan options were quite limited, and the service was very slow.

I had Thanksgiving dinner at this restaurant because my busy work schedule left me unable to cook. Overall, my group had a pleasant experience, and the food was satisfactory. Our server, David, was outstanding; however, we waited a full 25 minutes before anyone came to greet us and take our drink orders. Once he arrived, though, he was attentive, courteous, and had excellent timing. The meal itself was enjoyable, with some dishes being more flavorful than others, and they were accommodating as we took our time between courses. The total cost for four people was on the higher side, around $600 with drinks and tip, but it served its purpose well.

This restaurant is outstanding. The main course was remarkable, and the cocktails were equally impressive. The service was exceptional, with the staff implementing excellent COVID-19 precautions to ensure cleanliness and attentively greeting and serving guests.

Our waitress was outstanding! She was extremely attentive and quick to respond. The food was delicious and beautifully arranged on the plates.

I was not particularly impressed with the food during restaurant week. The chicken was dry, and the dishes were lacking in flavor.
