Balcony - Philadelphia

The Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts, along with Jose Garces, announces the return of the very popular, pop-up bar on top of the 2nd tier outside balcony of the Kimmel Center. Balcony Bar The Kimmel is going to be open during happy hour on Wednesdays all through the summer months starting June 6. The bar is one of the most in-demand locations in the Center City Sips happy hour series. The Balcony Bar The Kimmel will be open on Wednesdays from 5–9p.m., featuring Center City Sips specials until 7p.m. Admission is free and beer, wine, cocktails, and select food by Garces will be available.

Great spot for Sips. Overlooks Broad Street. Gets pretty packed so come early.

Fun, but WAY too loud! Could barely have conversations
