I went to Al-Sham on Bustleton Avenue for the first time two nights ago because I had a craving for a samon steak. It was an amazing sandwich, the salmon was nicely chopped and soft.The bread was perfect and the fried onions and hot peppers set it off perfectly! I will be returning soon...even driving from NJ. By the way,my son also enjoyed his delightfully prepared regular cheesesteak.
The portions are big and the food is amazing and delicious. The staff is very nice and helpful. Get Laziza and Lassi when u come, u won?t regret it.
Service was trash food taste like trash. I've been going here for years and it's going downhill. The young kids staffing the place don't care for it as they should. I bet the morning shift is better!
The food was not bad but I've had better Arabic food in United Arab Emirates. The beef kabobs that we ordered were tough and chewy and the rest of the food was good so I will be giving it four stars.
