Accu Pizza - Philadelphia

I had to quickly take my son to the ER after I had already ordered a pizza that was on its way. I called to cancel the order, but on the way home from the hospital, he mentioned he still wanted the pizza. So I called again and let them know we still wanted it. When I arrived, it was already ready. When I got home, I noticed they had left a note on the box, which is just another reason why this is my favorite pizza place!

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered the lunch special, which was supposed to be a garden salad with chicken, but instead, I received a garden salad topped with chicken salad. I wasn't initially going to ask for a refund, but the rude attitude of the cashier changed my mind. I requested that all the salads be replaced, but she refused to replace one because it had already been opened. It shouldn't matter if one salad was open; the mistake was theirs, and they should have replaced all the salads.

Terrible experience! They charged me $5 just to add sweet peppers to my cheesesteak. When I called to discuss the price discrepancy, the manager wasn’t interested in my concerns and talked over me. I won't be ordering from here again.

The reviews here are far too low; this place is fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly every time I place an order, and the pizza is always delicious. I haven't been let down yet!

I order some buffalo chicken from here , and later that night i got real bad stomach pain and was throwing up for 2 days straight!
