I have been here several times with my bf and everything went great. I placed an order over the phone and the guy seemed like he was already annoyed by everything I said rude (I was checking the online menu while ordering). I really doubted about picking up my food bc I didn’t want to deal with him. Your food is amazing! But bc of customer service I don’t think I’ll come back.
Clearly bordering closing their business, I will NEVER order from here again. Living in the area, I have spent thousands here over the years. This ends today. I went to pick up my order, and the man working here has less manners than my 5 y/o child. Restaurant requested I pay cash or Venmo. Mad shady. After paying, I tried to take my receipt with me. It was yanked out of my hand by the worker because I was told “we need this”. He didn’t ask if I needed a receipt or offer to print one for me, the customer. Once I opened the to go order, I realized they included the wrong side side, not what I requested. Both orders looked like trash. Sandwich wasn’t toasted as it has been in the past every other time I ordered. Clearly, who ever is working there is TOO busy to work or do their job correctly despite the restaurant being empty. Bye bye B&B!
I placed an order for pick up but decided to stay.Food was good but I didn’t have utensils.When I asked for a fork and a napkin it was as if I asked for the impossible.Not sure who was the guy behind the counter was, but he definitely needs an attitude adjustment!
Pretty good breakfast food and atmosphere. Everyone except the person taking orders had the South Philly friendliness that is known in the area.Vegetarian options: The vegan hash is good. They have other vegetarian and vegan options also.
