Waffle House - Phenix City

The waitress was excellent, the food was fantastic—thank you, Waffle House! It's always my go-to choice for late-night meals.

Our favorite staff member works the morning shift. They are always cheerful, fun, and bring such a positive energy.

It's a classic Waffle House experience. The food and service are consistently excellent, and it's open around the clock.

2 times this week i went to eat and never got served. The first time i went in with a friend we sat and waited for 20 mins and never had anyone say a word to us so we left. So then this morning at 6 went for breakfast we were told we would have to wait outside until they were done cleaning the guy told us about 15 mins

Waiter was very rude and acted like I was in invisible! It took over 30 minutes to place a hamburger to go order! The waitress at the counter took the man's order behind me 1st and I still to wait for her to take my order! Rude! I would give no stars if possible! The two burgers were Wrong as well! The 1 star is because the review site quickly added one! Terrible service!
