Culver's - Phenix City

Food was excellent. Fresh, tasty, the place is clean. Cashier was beyond friendly. 10/10

I had a great experience today, my order got messed which it happens but I drove back to the restaurant which I did not want to do but there was this short white girl with glasses and she was so pleasant about helping me fix my order. Definitely a bigger fan of Culver’s than I already was!!! I love companies that are big on customer service, plus my fresh food was AMAZING!!!

They tell you before you get to the menu board they don't start cooking your food until you order. No pre- made food sitting around to drop in a bag to stick out the window of the drive thru. This sounds good since your order is customizable and fresh. But once you place your order and then pay at the window, you're given a number and told to pull up and wait. We all know how we hate to sit in a car and wait. Why pretend it's a fast food restaurant? If you're going to Culver's park and go inside. Get the benefit of your sandwich and fries bring fresh made. By the time you get your drive thru order home it wont be fresh. The main reason to go will be lost. Pretty much any good you get will be better than the average fast food restaurant. Be warned that to get to this Culver's location you will feel like a rat running a maze.

What is the secret Culvers knows, that the other fast food restaurants don't? Always great food and exceptional service. We feel welcome there, instead of feeling like we are interrupting someone's phone time. They even bring you your order, instead of barking out an order and turning around. Highly recommended.

To me the food seems like an extended version of a hamburger joint but has roast beef and chicken and coleslaw and other healthier choices- it may not be healthier but their shakes (concrete) is the best around. Go to experience this shake.
