I eat here at least once the week, their ribs are. were the best to date! I had gone my caretaker to get my usual; a rib plate with a potato salad and bean. When she arrived, it was warm, but I went on to eat anyway. I had stuffed in the ribs and tasted a brownish taste, thought it had been the sauce. I ate it without the sauce, the same taste. I smelled my hands and it was a smell that came from them, which was strange when I had just washed my hand. I went through the meat, only 1 bone had a creamy white substance on it, nothing I've ever seen on a rib. I picked them up and they had a stinking smell. I gave it back to my nurse and told her to take it back. once in the restaurant she was treated as if she had bought the food no more than 10 minutes before she returned. it took her 10 minutes to get my money back, bc he had to go to search for the order in the computer. Now, if he remembers why she had to wait so long to return my money? Overall, she felt a bit humiliated by what my caregiver has put to the test. she was only professional, she is on the job. she has not taken the situation in a packed restaurant attention, she was patient and friendly, I wish it was given in opposition.

My wife went to cc this afternoon and bought BB-Q, a bottle sauce and 3 banana puddings. the BB-Q was great, but the staff left the sauce, and all 3 puddings were bad, which either spoiled or stale. we've stuffed them in the mull. the personal was friendly, however, regardless of the issing sauce and evil puddings. When and when we go back, we will check after the order correction and make sure that the dessert[if we are any] are fit to eat.

I love their ribs, however, their prices are totally different than what's on the menu. I paid 7.09 for 3 ribs on 2 pieces of bread, when the drive thru menu says 6.00. I understand price increasings, but give us what was originally being served, not less and it cost more. Also, this merchant fees when using a credit card is ridiculous! Accepting credit cards is part of having a successful business, consumers shouldn't have to eat the cost for you to profit, it should already be included with the price. With that being said, I will no longer go to this restaurant. Although I love their ribs, I value my money more.
