Przekaż informację zwrotnąI had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service from the waitstaff was terrible, especially considering it was midnight. Despite this, I didn't say anything at the time. However, when I got home, I realized that I had been charged $13.00 for a milanesa torta that had much less meat than advertised (see picture on the side). The steak was chewy and disappointing. I wanted to go back and get a refund, but I know how these situations usually go - more frustration and bad customer service. Hopefully, they improve their employee training and ensure that the food lives up to their descriptions.
This restaurant does not offer any fresh food. Everything is pre-made and frozen, then reheated or fried in a microwave. The prices are also very high considering the lack of quality in the food.
It appears that the service quality has slightly declined, but the food is still good, although not as excellent as it used to be.
No more stars are like that, they stay away. I took the time to log in to post. to start my order was wrong, called the place, and the cassian did as if she wasn't the one who fails. She said bring the burrito back. I was like they think I'm about 20 minutes drive back just to their terrible burrito so I can get the same and my time and my gas. I'd rather take the loss and never go back.
NO stars would be exact. Horrible customer service is putting it nicely. Gave my daughter the wrong order, I sent her back in. After waiting 10 minutes she was given the same order, now cold. No one spoke English to help her but took her order and money just fine.I tried calling no managers available, even left messages for owners/management. NO ONE bothered to return my calls. Haven't given this place a second chance and do not plan to. Too many other/better Mexican restaurants in the area.
